Each year our Spirit of Excellence Awards recognise and reward employees who have made outstanding contributions to the company, our customers or the community. Employees are nominated by colleagues and managers.
Spirit of Excellence Award recipients receive a paid day off, $1500 to donate to the charity of their choice, a gala dinner and accommodation for the employee and their partner, $250 spending money and a morning tea in their honour.
