- The ability to attach related documentation to an EWR prior to submitting
- The ability to submit and view their EWRs’ status 24hrs per day, 7 days per week
- The ability to monitor the progress of their submitted work requests
- Notification of an ‘Anticipated Connect By Date’
- Frequent communication of an EWRs key milestones, via SMS or email
- A central repository for EWRs and all associated paperwork
- Minimise EWR enquiries/follow up with CitiPower/Powercor and Retailers
Using REConnect is an easy 3 step process:
