Connection Technical Advisors (CTAs)

CitiPower and Powercor provide technical advice including Service & Installation Rules (SIRs) interpretation and compliance through our Connection Technical Advisors (CTAs).

CTAs are available in all CitiPower areas, and in the Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo regions of Powercor from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. If required, CTAs can provide advice on site.
