At the recent Customer Service Institute of Australia national awards, CitiPower and Powercor won the National Award for Best Customer Charter, while Brendan Bloore, our general manager Customer Service, won the National Award for Best Customer Service Executive. We also won the Victorian Award for Best Customer Service - Large Business category.
These accolades are a testament to our commitment to meeting the needs and exceeding the expectations of our one million customers.
