New Look Website - User Feedback Welcome

The website has been developed in close consultation with CitiPower and Powercor stakeholders and a number of user groups, including customers, suppliers, regulatory entities, job seekers and employees.

New features, including the Network Area Maps and Network Postcode Locator will help our customers define which network delivers power to their home or business, our online forms have been rebuilt with clearer options, and our search function has been redesigned to be more effective and intuitive in locating the information which is important to our users.

The website's new design, navigation and page structure have all been developed to work together in providing a better user experience when visiting our site and interfacing with our business.

Perhaps the most important development is the inclusion of a website feedback mechanism - your suggestions and comments will guide our future development projects and ensure our website continues to meet your needs.
