The CitiPower and Powercor website offers a number of online customer forms and tools, which allow our customers to report faulty streetlights, make compliance declarations, apply for permits and site visits and register compliments or complaints about our business and activities.
These online forms and tools can now be found in one central location on the site, at the Customer Information and Interaction Hub.
