New Customer Charter

CitiPower and Powercor has just released a new Customer Charter that explains in clear and simple terms our relationship with our customers and what customers can expect from us. The Charter summarises the rights, entitlements and obligations electricity distributors and customers have under Victoria's Electrical Distribution Code.
The new Charter will be mailed out to all 1.1 million CitiPower and Powercor customers over the coming weeks.
