Access Issues

Our meter installation technicians require clear and safe access to your electrical installation (where your meter is located) in order to install a smart meter at your premises. If you feel there are access issues at your premises which our meter technicians need to know about, you can send this information to CitiPower and Powercor via the service below.

Generally, we do not offer appointments to address access issues for residential customers. If you feel that you have a supply requirement that would be impacted by a brief power supply interruption, please contact us to discuss.
