Electricity Retailers
Electricity retailers manage customers' electricity accounts and issue your power bill. They are responsible for providing your energy consumption details based on data from the smart meter. For questions about electricity consumption data, billing, accounts or tariffs, contact your electricity retailer.
Your Role
You need to provide the meter installation technician with clear and safe access to your meter. You also need to ensure that the meter enclosure and wiring is safe. If you have concerns about your wiring, you should engage a registered electrical contractor to inspect the wiring prior to your meter exchange.
